Fred Henderson is a seasoned leader in the development of commercial, retail and unique projects. Well versed in all aspects of real estate, design, directing consulting teams, documenting construction requirements and construction management.

Fred believes strongly that the success of projects lies in the documentation that is prepared by Architects and Consultants, and is very experienced in converting design intent documentation into creative, cost effective solutions.

In 2020, Fred developed the DOC process to address the issue of drawing completeness, coordination, cost saving, and accuracy of the information.
